Founded in 2018 by Carolyn, a skilled bridal seamstress with almost a decade of bridalwear expertise and many years in bespoke alterations, Olivia George Bridal has become a destination for brides who value quality, comfort, and a truly personal approach with a VIP touch.
Our light-filled studio, set in a serene semi-rural location, offers a calm and welcoming environment where every bride—whatever your size, age, or style—is celebrated and supported in finding the dress that makes you feel like the very best version of yourself.
Carolyn’s Story
From the age of five, Carolyn was captivated by all things bridal. While other children played, she was sketching dresses, sewing outfits for her toys, and later creating clothes to her own designs. Her love for the artistry of bridalwear even inspired her Textiles GCSE project, where she designed and crafted a period-style costume.
Life took her on a different path for a time. Carolyn built a successful career in the corporate world as a buyer for an aerospace company—yet the dream of working in bridal never left her. In 2017, with her children growing and her passion stronger than ever, she took the leap to open her own boutique.
What began as a lifelong dream is now her greatest joy: helping brides feel confident, radiant, and truly themselves.
